Cognus recently visited Geetanjali on 7 Nov, 2014 to hire the best of minds studying in the college for suitable positions. On-campus recruiting events are a critical part of Cognus s hiring process. The recruitment process began with the college inviting Cognus for the on-campus placements sharing specific profile. Based on the student interest and applications received, we shortlisted the profiles as per our eligibility criteria, followed by the interviews from an experienced panel of Cognus leaders. A total of 150 students from Geetanjali took part in the selection process which consisted of 3 rounds, which were:
- Written Tests - conducted on logical reasoning, verbal ability and subject knowledge.
- Group Discussion - to gauge whether the applicant has appropriate communication and group-team skills that it desires in its members.
- Personal Interview - to know the candidate s clarity of goals, strengths and whether they have a well-rounded personality.
After the final round of interview, 8 students were selected for different positions in the company. Here is the picture of the selected individuals:
